Avenue Supermarts buys 17 commercial units in Kandivali, Mumbai for Rs 88.74 cr
Mumbai, Sep 7, 2023: Owner of D’Mart chain of stores, Avenue Supermarts Limited has bought 17 commercial spaces in Mumbai for Rs 88.74 crore, as per the documents accessed by real estate data and analytics firm Propstack.
3 units each are located in the basement, ground floor and first floor and 8 on the second floor of the building in Kandivali West, Mumbai.
Radhakishan Damani-controlled Avenue Supermarts has in 2021, acquired 7 properties costing worth Rs 400 crore.
D’Mart chain, instead of leasing, purchases properties.
