AWE launches Encanterra luxury villas in North Goa

AWE, a niche firm specialising in high-end luxury projects, has announced the launch of Encanterra, a luxury residential development based in the village of Pilerne (near Candolim), North Goa, offering a combination of premium amenities and convenient location for holiday home.

According to a press release, Encanterra is an array of six villas; each constructed to international specifications with a built-up area of up to 5,500 square feet and an individual plot area of up to 850 square yards set on an acre of land. Taking away from the cliché Portuguese architecture in Goa, Encanterra is inspired by futuristic design including minimalist lines and glazed walls. These villas, the release said, are an organic fusion between the interiors and exteriors, offering a sprawling testament to intelligent design and an eco-friendly palette.

The design and concept of Encanterra is to offer a globalised standard of a luxury holiday home, adds the release. Each structure provides its inhabitants with the latest international state-of-the-art facilities including, hassle free high-end maintenance, individual infinity pools, modular kitchens, and interactive spaces with stunning landscaping in both the interiors and the exteriors.

The release goes on to say Encanterra provides a perfect balance of holiday home, secluded yet close to the buzz of North Goa. Set in the village of Pilerne, bordering Candolim, residents enjoy an unparalleled magnificent location, just five minutes from the main stretch of Taj Holiday Village. Each villa is complimented with its very own Mini Cooper, a car that reflects the spirit of excitement and luxury. Renowned architect Wong Chiu Man from Wow Architects, Singapore, has designed Encanterra in collaboration with local architect Utkarsh Kothari.
