BCD Group Bags 1.5M sq ft Residential Development Project From Ramsons Trendsquares in Bengaluru
Bengaluru, July 4, 2024: BCD Group on Thursday announced securing a 1.5 million square feet of Residential project in Bengaluru from Ramsons Trendsquares. Spread across an area of 6.5 acres, the project is coming up at a total investment layout of Rs 660 crores.
The overall mixed use development by Ramsons Trendsquares will be completed in two phases with 600 residential units in phase 1 and 5M sqft in phase 2 which include both residential and commercial developments.

Commenting on the expansion of services, Angad Singh Bedi, Managing Director at BCD Group “Bengaluru real estate market is increasingly growing premium with home buyers looking for high-end projects from trusted developers.
