Berkshire announces its franchise in India
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, one of the world’s fastest-growing residential real estate brokerage franchise networks, on July 6 announced the expansion of its franchise network into India.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Orenda India will mark the network’s first global footprint in India, adding its first office, and servicing pan-India including, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa and Ayodhya.
This association is aligned with the real estate sector that is the second-highest employment generator in India. The sector is estimated to reach US$ 1 trillion by 2030 and will contribute 13% to the country’s GDP by 2025.
