Bharat Hospitality Charts Expansion Growth Plan, Targets Over 50 Outlets Across India, Abroad
Noida, December 18, 2025: Bharat Hospitality, a company built on Make-in-India philosophy, has announced an ambitious expansion blueprint backed by INR 50 crore+ planned investments. The company aims to scale its portfolio to 50+ outlets over the next three years across India in Delhi-NCR, Goa, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and international markets like Dubai and Thailand, marking one of the strongest post-pandemic growth pushes in India’s F&B sector.
Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Manish Khattar, Bharat Hospitality is redefining dining through story-driven, culturally-rooted, emotion-led formats that go beyond food to offer immersive hospitality and dining experiences. The company is on a mission to preserve and elevate India’s fading culinary traditions through a powerful ‘Back to the Roots’ philosophy. With a commitment to research-driven authenticity and world-class hospitality, the brand is bringing lost regional cuisines back to the global stage. From premium casual dining to QSR and community-led spaces, the group is shaping what it calls “the next era of Indian hospitality culture”.
With successful outlets like Baraamda, Albert Pinto, and Social Cues already operational, the company’s next phase includes 20 new Baraamda outlets, 10 Albert Pinto outlets, and 20 outlets of its upcoming QSR brand, Shuddham. These expansions are expected to drive around Rs. 300 crores in annual revenue, strengthening Bharat Hospitality’s vision of creating a global-scale Indian hospitality ecosystem.
As traditional recipes risk disappearing, Bharat Hospitality’s purpose is clear: to preserve, elevate, and reintroduce these flavours, ensuring they remain alive for the next generation. Central to this expansion is Albert Pinto, Bharat Hospitality’s flagship cinematic-dining brand. Inspired by Portuguese-Goan storytelling, the 3,300 sq. ft. experience-led outlet has emerged as a benchmark for innovative restaurant design, premium service, and narrative-driven dining. The brand will scale through both FOCO and COCO models. Through Albert Pinto, Bharat Hospitality reimagines Goan and Goan-Portuguese heritage with respect and modern craftsmanship. With the upcoming QSR brand Shuddham, the mission extends to the forgotten nuances of South Indian cuisine.
Manish Khattar, Founder, Bharat Hospitality, said, “Hospitality is one of the few industries where culture becomes commerce, and experiences become equity. At Bharat Hospitality, we are building emotional touchpoints that stay with people long after the meal is over. Our next phase of growth is about proving that India can create world-class hospitality brands that compete globally without losing their soul. With INR 50 crore+ expansion planned and multiple brands ready for scale, our mission is to take Indian storytelling, service precision, and design innovation to new markets, from Delhi-NCR to Dubai and Southeast Asia.”
In addition to scale, the expansion is expected to generate 800–1000 jobs across the company’s upcoming outlets. The group will also integrate sustainability measures, including eco-friendly packaging, waste management systems, and green kitchens, during its second-phase deployment.
