The launch is set to bring major international brands to the Indian market for the first time. Headlining the new arrivals is Olive Garden, the renowned American-Italian casual dining chain, which is slated to open its debut Indian outlet at World St. soon. Additionally, the world-famous Time Out Market will establish its first Indian outpost here. Spanning 24,500 sq. ft., the market will feature 11 kitchens, two bars, a live performance stage, and seating for over 500 guests, further cementing the area’s reputation as a premier lifestyle destination.

SK Sayal, MD & CEO of Bharti Real Estate, highlighted the project’s role in evolving the urban landscape of the capital. “Worldmark, Aerocity is already home to some of India’s finest F&B names. With World St. at Worldmark, we are raising the bar—creating a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly spine that brings together a thoughtfully curated mix of global and premium offerings. World St. is not just for our office community, but for every traveller, food lover, and city dweller. It is the social heartbeat of India’s Global Business District,” Sayal stated.

By focusing on a walkable, “Instagrammable” layout, World St. aims to serve as a bridge between the corporate environment and the city’s social scene. The project combines patisseries, bars, and fine-dining establishments with a design-heavy approach to street furniture and public spaces, positioning Worldmark as a central landmark for both international travelers and local residents.
