Bhartiya Converge Appoints Eric Pagdiwalla as Chief Operating Officer
Bengaluru, September 9, 2026: Bhartiya Converge, the Global Capability Centre (GCC) enablement platform of Bhartiya Urban, announced the appointment of Eric Pagdiwalla as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Pagdiwalla will lead consulting, operational strategy, and customer success to scale the company’s integrated GCC enablement model and execution capabilities, Bhartiya Converge said in a press release.
Pagdiwalla brings over 25 years of experience in GCCs, global business services, transformation, outsourcing, client management, and operating-model development. He joins Bhartiya Converge from Persistent Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of GCC Practice. His previous career includes leadership roles at ANSR, Ascena Retail Group, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he spent over 13 years managing strategic accounts and driving business transformation.
