Bhasin Group comes up with ‘Grand Venice’ in Gr. Noida

Real estate developer Bhasin Group is coming up with a classic, ultra-modern project in Greater Noida – ‘The Grand Venice’. The project promises to create a magic of Italian living which has all the essence of the city of Venice.

Built in an area of 3 million sq.ft., the shopping destination is strategically located at a two- minute drive from Pari Chowk in Greater Noida. The Venetian shopping mall would have retail, 5-star hotel and office spaces.

According to a press release, the main attraction of the project will be the country’s largest aquarium (1, 00,000 sq. ft.) and arcade centre. The aquarium will enthrall the guests with its underwater sea-walk where one can encounter maximum aquatic species.

The release said the Bhasin Group has been very careful to instill authenticity in very amenity it is offering in this project. The gondolas (boat), which have been a major attraction for people travelling to Venice, have been imported to provide the same feel to people coming over to ‘Grand Venice’.

The project also covers features like ‘Leaning Tower of Pisa’, ‘Light House’ and Watch Towers where one can party with friends and family. Another major attraction is a 270-room hotel. The hotel and the commercial space will have direct access to the mall.
