Bhasin Group to build 33-storey tower at Noida project in 99 days

Real estate and infrastructure company Bhasin Group is set to launch a luxurious commercial project in Noida called Festival City. The group has started the construction of 33-storey building on October 21 and will complete the office tower “Mist” by January 26 next year, a record time of 99 days.

According to a press release, the tower is the tallest composite steel structure in the country spread over 9 lakh sq. ft. located on the strategic location of Noida Expressway, Sector 143. This will be India’s largest open air, high street, retail project with over 1,500 retail shops. Also a modern-day parking facility will be provided with multiple automotive entry points for simple entry and exit for convenience, about to keep over 7,000 cars.

The project is being constructed by rapid structures LLC. Seventy-five per cent of the tower has already been sold out, the release said.
