Bhumika completes Phase-1 of its mall

Bhumika Group on October 8 announced that it has completed Phase-1 of its Urban Square mall in Udaipur. Out of the total 1.8 million sq ft, around 1 million sq ft is ready for fit-outs, said a press release.

The mixed-use development has a mall, a multiplex, retail, lifestyle, offices, a 5-star hotel, a food court, gaming zone and many more entertainment options, said the release.

“The mall’s utility is demonstrated by the regular attention displayed by prominent brands in it. We’ve always talked about positioning, and this mall will help brands achieve their goals. For both the brands and us, it’s a win-win situation,” said Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director, Bhumika Group.
