Bhumika leases 25k sq feet area at mall

Bhumika Group has leased over 25,000 square feet of area at Urban Square, its flagship mixed-use project in Udaipur.

According to a press release, the Group has signed eminent brands like Allen Solly, Van Huesen, Louis Philippe, Spyker and Funland which is about 17,000 sq ft area. Since unlock, it has managed to lease a total area of approximately 25,000 sq ft area.

In total, the mall has pre-leased more than 2 lakh sq ft so far, said the release.

We have put our heart and soul in creating this iconic landmark in Udaipur, the largest in Rajasthan. We are taking all necessary actions to offer the possession of Phase-I soon”
