Brigade Group Enters Coimbatore Residential Market with Rs 600-Crore Project
Coimbatore, September 1, 2026: Brigade Enterprises Limited announced its entry into Coimbatore with plans to launch a residential development spread across a land area of 5.4 acres in Saravanampatti through a Joint Development Agreement. Located in the heart of the city’s IT belt, the project is strategically positioned near major Special Economic Zones, IT parks, educational institutions, retail malls, and hospitals. This new development carries an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 600 crores and further strengthens the company’s residential portfolio across South India, Brigade Enterprises said in a press release.
