Captech Technologies Relaunches Captech eFORCE Labour Management Platform

Mumbai, October 13, 2026: Captech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a construction-technology firm, has relaunched Captech eFORCE, an artificial intelligence-assisted labour management application designed for labour contractors in India, according to a press release.
Originally launched in 2020 as a labour marketplace, the platform has expanded its capabilities to handle work orders, site reports, crew deployment, and billing management. The application enables construction labour deployment up to five times faster and increases deployment capacity eightfold compared to traditional methods. Captech eFORCE currently engages over 5,000 labour contractors across 30 projects in India, impacting nearly 5,00,000 blue-collar workers.

“Most contractors we work with have one recurring worry, and it is the bill. Has it been certified, and when will the money come? Until now the only way to find out was to keep calling the site office. After this relaunch the contractor and the project team look at the same record, and it ties into the ERP the company already uses. We started out as a place to find labor. Captech eFORCE is now the platform on which a construction job is run, from the work order to the final payment,” said Asutosh Katyal, Founder & CEO, Captech Technologies.
The updated platform tracks daily expense advances (Kharchi) and running account (RA) bills step by step, allowing contractors to monitor payment statuses without frequent follow-up calls. Project management teams can view all pending bills across multiple construction sites in a single list.
Captech eFORCE integrates directly with existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems used by construction firms, eliminating the need for manual duplicate data entry on site. To assist non-tech-savvy users, the platform offers onboarding, automated reminders, and status updates through AI-assisted phone calls and WhatsApp messaging. The application operates in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Marathi, and Bangla.
