Caution: Skills shortage could slow down the realty sector

A strange paradox troubles the real estate sector. on the one hand , the demand for skilled manpower is very high on the other there is not much supply of it available in the market. The real estate and construction sector is the second largest employer in the country second only to the agriculture sector. Ironically, this sector also faces the biggest shortage in supply of manpower.
