CBRE India recognised as the property management firm of the year
The India arm of CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, was recently recognised as the Property Management Firm of the Year (West)at the coveted Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2016. This is the second time that CBRE has received this award for the West. Previously, the firm has received this award for North and South as well. The award was presented on 30thSeptember, 2016 by Architect Christopher Charles Benninger and Abdullah Al Abdooli, MD Al Marjan Island LLC, UAE in Mumbai, amidst the presence of a distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academics, environmentalists, economists, legislators and policy makers.
“This award, and those received in previous years is testament to our leadership position in the Asset Services space in India. It is reflective of our ability to provide world class services to each of our clients across various real estate segments.” said Rajesh Pandit, Managing Director, Asset Services for CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. “We are humbled by this honor and are continuously striving towards strengthening our position in the country,” he added.
The Award was adjudged by an esteemed 11 member jury panel of international architects and professionals. The online jury included Abdulla Al Abdooli, Managing Director – Al Marjan Island Development LLC; Ar. James Law, Founder & CEO, James Law Cybertecture International; Devina Ghildial, MD, South Asia, RICS; Jaideep Gandhi, MD, Jaya Advertising; Joe Verghese, MD, Colliers International; Ar. Yatin Patel, Founding Partner & Director, DSP Design Associates; Harpreet Singh, Partner, PWC and R. John Ringness, Managing Director – NEXT FMS, Canada. Realty Plus Awards recognises the contributions made in the Real Estate panorama. Conceptualized in 2014, the award has seen participation and success nationally.
