Circolife Raises $4.5 Million in Pre-Series A Funding to Expand Cooling Service

Mumbai, September 8, 2026: Cooling-as-a-Service platform Circolife has secured $4.5 million (Rs 40.45 crore) in a Pre-Series A funding round anchored by Bharat Jaisinghani, Joint Managing Director of Polycab India Limited. The investment round also saw participation from several institutional investors, family offices, and individual backers, including Nitish Mittersain, Founder of Nazara Technologies; Intelliquity Ventures; Sumit Jalan, Managing Director of a global investment bank; Siddharth Ladsariya, Founder of Everest Fleet; Anand Ladsariya, Managing Director of Everest Flavours; Anant Goenka, Executive Director of Indian Express; Sky Impact Capital; Rohit Dev, Founder of Ideas91; and family offices S N Damani and Vyom Wealth, Circolife said in a press release.
The fresh capital will be deployed to expand Circolife’s active unit fleet from roughly 10,000 subscriptions across five cities to 40,000 units nationally over the next 24 months. Funds will also support the expansion of its in-house field service operations and the advancement of its AI-driven Internet of Things predictive-maintenance platform and digital twin technology.
Circolife operates a subscription model where businesses pay a monthly fee for energy-efficient cooling systems while the company handles upkeep and predictive maintenance. Connected sensors monitor power draw, temperature, and gas pressure in real time to prevent breakdowns. To support sustainability, the company operates dedicated facilities in Mumbai and Delhi to refurbish and redeploy units at the end of their lifecycle.
Commenting on the funding, Abhishek Murarka, Co-Founder and CEO of Circolife, said, “Five cities and 10,000 subscriptions have shown us this model works. This raise is what lets us actually start building at national scale — the fleet, the field service, the technology — and make Cooling-as-a-Service India’s default way to buy cooling, not an alternative to it.”

Anchor investor Bharat Jaisinghani noted, “Cooling has always been energy-hungry and high-maintenance, and Circolife makes it effortless — pay monthly, and never think about upkeep again. That effortlessness runs on real technology, quietly monitoring every unit to catch problems before they happen. That’s the kind of deep-tech-meets-simple-experience business I look for, and why I backed this team from the start.”

Additionally, investor Nitish Mittersain stated, “I’m drawn to businesses where every customer and every transaction makes the platform smarter. That creates a powerful compounding advantage. Circolife may look like an AC subscription business on the surface, but underneath it is building a data and intelligence layer that can make the entire fleet more efficient with scale.”
