Colliers appoints three senior execs

Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers on October 7 announced the appointment of three senior executives for its Office Services team based in Mumbai.

An industry expert and trusted advisor with more than 17 years of experience, Nachiket Bhatwadekar has joined Colliers from CBRE as Senior Director. Prior to CBRE, Bhatwadekar spent six years with JLL, said a press release.

Mitesh Pednekar, having over 14 years of experience across real estate and hospitality industries, has joined as Director. Besides, Rahul Kanungo has also been appointed as Director. Previously from CBRE, Kanungo is a commercial real estate expert, said the release
