Commune gets into affordable segment
Commune Properties India, a group company of Golden Gate Properties, on Wednesday announced its expansion plans with a focus on lucrative branded affordable housing segment.
‘Commune One’, a gated community at Marasur, Electronic City, Bengaluru, marks the company’s foray into branded affordable homes segment. According to a press release, the project is designed to offer a perfect balance of space, comfort, luxury, location and affordability to the consumers.
The release said the Commune Properties offers standardised world-class state-of-the-art facilities with 75 per cent open spaces, Vastu- compliant apartments with elegantly planned living rooms and well-spaced bedrooms designed to make living comfortable. The project will have landscaped gardens, and abundant natural lighting.
The Commune One will offer apartments ranging from 765 sq. ft. 1BHK unit to 1500 sq. ft. 3 BHK units. The project uses the precast technology which enables high quality construction at a rapid speed and standardised quality.
