Concorde Acquires 4-Acre Land Parcel in Electronic City for Premium Residential Project Worth Rs 600 Crore
Bengaluru, September 8, 2026: Bengaluru-based real estate developer Concorde has acquired a four-acre land parcel in Electronic City to develop a premium residential project with an estimated Gross Development Value of around Rs 600 crore. The acquisition includes an outright purchase of approximately two acres, alongside one acre acquired through a Joint Development Agreement. The acquisition of the remaining one acre has been completed in principle, with final documentation expected within days, Concorde said in a press release.
The planned development will feature approximately 5.25 lakh square feet of built-up area comprising 2 and 3 BHK apartments alongside lifestyle amenities. Concorde is allocating approximately Rs 56 crore toward land acquisition costs for the venture.
The micro-market of Electronic City continues to serve as an important commercial and residential hub in Bengaluru, driven by its established technology sector, expanding infrastructure, and proximity to major employment centers.
