Concorde Launches Rs 500 Crore Residential Project Concorde Sienna on Hennur Road
Bengaluru, August 28, 2026: Real estate developer Concorde has announced an investment of approximately Rs 80 crore to develop Concorde Sienna, a residential project located on Hennur Road in North Bengaluru. Spread across a three-acre land parcel, the project features a development potential of roughly 4.5 lakh square feet and is projected to generate a Gross Development Value of around Rs 500 crore, Concorde said in a press release.
The high-rise development will consist of 260 apartments across G+28 floors, with unit sizes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 1,870 square feet. The project layout allocates 75 percent of the site to open spaces and landscaped environments. Facilities planned for the property include a 10,000-square-foot Evolve Clubhouse designed for recreational, fitness, and community activities.
The architectural layout incorporates European design elements, including Juliet balconies and classical detailing. Unit designs emphasize spatial planning, natural ventilation, and daylight access alongside standard finishes across living and common areas.

The development site provides transport access to several employment and commercial hubs across North Bengaluru, including Manyata Tech Park, Hennur Main Road, Hebbal, and Nagawara, as well as Kempegowda International Airport.
