Court fee online payment at UP RERA Appellate Tribunal

UP RERA Appellate Tribunal scaled

April 19, 2023: UP RERA Appellate Tribunal has developed SBI E-pay gateway for online payment of court fee.  This will benefit the stake holders by saving extra charges payable on physical payment and payment through other online modes.  SBI E-pay gateway system is effective on the e-portal of the Tribunal w.e.f. 20.04.2023.

The Tribunal has said that it is compulsory for all the stake holders to make all the payments through online system of SBI E-pay gateway and henceforth no physical ticket pasted on the applications are to be filed before the Tribunal, demand draft or any other court fee will be accepted.
