Cricketer Rohit Sharma’s Wife Ritika Sajdeh Buys Mumbai Apartment for ₹26.30 Crore: Square Yards

Mumbai, January 8, 2026: Cricket star Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh has purchased an apartment in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, for INR 26.30 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was registered in December 2025.

(256.45 sq. m.). It comes with a total of three car parking spaces. The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of INR 1.31 crore and registration charges of INR 30,000.
