Cricketer Shivam Dube Buys 2 Apartments in Mumbai for ₹27.50 Cr

Mumbai, June 24, 2025: Cricketer Shivam Dube has purchased two apartments in Oshiwara in Andheri West for INR 27.50 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by online property portal squareyards.com on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was registered this month.
Strategically positioned between Mumbai’s key business districts and entertainment zones, Andheri West offers excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line.
Over the years, Andheri West has evolved into a vibrant commercial and residential hub, featuring a dynamic mix of modern office complexes, co-working spaces, upscale retail outlets, entertainment centres and premium residential developments. Its robust infrastructure and proximity to major commercial hubs make it a preferred location for businesses, high-net-worth individuals, celebrities and working professionals.
As per the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, both apartments are located on adjacent floors in a residential project known as DLH Enclave, situated in Oshiwara, Andheri West. Both the purchased apartments feature a cumulative carpet area of 4,200 sq ft and a terrace with carpet area of 3,800 sq ft. The total built-up area for both apartments together is 9,603 sq ft.
The transaction was a primary purchase from Dev Land and Housing Limited and includes three parking slots. It attracted a total stamp duty of INR 1.65 crore and registration charges of INR 30,000.
