DaeBuild launches software for real estate solutions

Daemon India has launched, DaeBuild, a real estate CRM software specifically tailored for real estate developers. According to a press release, the software offers complete solution to the requirement of real estate in the country for optimum operational support.

The DaeBuild CRM software offers “interactions”, a tool to manage inbound and outbound post sales customer interactions. Its document designer enables builders to automate Sales Deed, Demand Letters, and Possession Letters etc as per one’s need.

The press release said, in the last five years, the Indian real estate sector has witnessed a meteoric rise in customers’ expectation of owning the finest elements of urban living. However, 70 per cent of this whole growth is actually unorganized which often results in jeopardising their credentials as a dream home provider.
