Dalcore Debuts North India’s First YOO-Branded Residences with ₹500 Crore ‘The Falcon’ Project in Gurugram
Gurugram, April 10, 2026: Dalcore, a real estate developer, has entered the ultra-luxury branded residences market with the launch of “The Falcon” in Sector 53, Golf Course Road. As North India’s first YOO-branded residential development, the project introduces the design-led philosophy of the world-renowned brand founded by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck. Dalcore has announced an investment of approximately ₹500 crore into the project, which is expected to generate a topline revenue of ₹1,450 crore, the company said in a press release.
Situated on one of Gurugram’s most coveted stretches, The Falcon is designed as a single, sculptural high-rise tower comprising 96 ultra-luxury units. The development features expansive 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, with prices starting at ₹10 crore. The project is a collaboration between “YOO Inspired by Starck,” which handled the interiors, and the internationally acclaimed architectural firm UHA, ensuring a blend of global design standards and local sensitivity.
