Dalmia’s revenue, PAT hit new milestones

Dalmia Bharat Limited on April 29 reported its consolidated financial results for the quarter and full year ending March 31, 2021.
The revenue of the cement manufacturing company for the first time crossed Rs. 10k crore-milestone, increasing by 9 per cent to Rs. 10,522 crore. The PAT increased almost five times to 1,243 crore, also for the first time crossing the Rs. 1k crore-milestone.
According to a press release, the EBITDA of the company increased 32 per cent to Rs. 2,783 crore and the sales Volume increased 7 per cent to 20.7Mnt
Commenting on the results, Puneet Dalmia, Managing Director, Dalmia Bharat Limited, said, “Dalmia Bharat is incredibly proud of its people for delivering industry-leading all-round performance despite a very tough environment. With another year of strong financial and operating performance, we are on a clear path of accelerated growth backed by a strong balance sheet and an exceptionally dedicated team.”
