Danube Properties Launches Shahrukhz Residences Featuring Gauri Khan Designed Penthouses In Dubai
Dubai, October 8, 2026: Danube Properties has announced the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a fully furnished waterfront residential tower located in Dubai Maritime City. The announcement marks the next chapter in the real estate developer’s partnership with actor Shah Rukh Khan, following the launch of the commercial tower Shahrukhz by Danube. According to a press release issued by the company, prices for apartments start at AED 1.65 million (approx. Rs 3.75 crore), alongside a payment plan of 30 percent during construction and 70 percent upon handover.
The project is presented as the world’s first celebrity-named residential tower and offers views of the sea and the Dubai skyline. The penthouses within the development have been designed by interior designer Gauri Khan.
The residential building will feature more than 40 lifestyle amenities, including a Longevity Lounge equipped with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a red-light therapy bed, and an infrared sauna. The property will also house aqua-themed play areas, sports facilities, a children’s daycare center, cycling and jogging tracks, a rooftop venue called the King’s Club, and access to a private yacht.
