Delhi HC Directs Orris Group to Expedite Possession for Greenopolis Phase 1 Buyers
New Delhi, March 28, 2025: In a recent order, the Delhi High Court has directed Orris Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, to hand over possession of flats to buyers of the first phase of the Greenopolis project at the earliest. As per the court’s directives, the company is prepared to hand over possession to all buyers who made payments directly to Orris.
As per the High Court, Orris Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is the rightful owner of the land, and the company has always prioritized the interests of its customers.
