Deo Tripathi is Aadhar CEO
Aadhar HFC has appointed Deo Tripathi as the CEO. The move comes after the incumbent MD Harshil Mehta moves over to DHFL as its CEO.
Aadhar HFC, a segment-focused housing finance company, is a partnership between Wadhawan Global Capital, IFC and DHFL.
Announcing the decision, Kapil Wadhawan, Chairman of Aadhar, said: I am pleased with the appointment of Mr Deo Tripathi as the CEO of Aadhar and am certain that the momentum of growth in financing affordable housing will continue.
Tripathi said, “I am excited to lead Aadhar especially when affordable housing is becoming a national priority. I am confident that we can continue building a viable buisness while serving this important sector.”
Tripathi has had a distinguished career of more than 35 years with the Union Bank of India and his area of expertise includes retail and rural Banking, resource mobilisation, commercial credit and trade finance, recovery of NPAs and corporate finance.
