Dhuleva Group Awards Eversendai Structural Scope for 80-Storey South Mumbai Residential Tower
Mumbai, October 13, 2026: Dhuleva Group has awarded Malaysia-based engineering and construction firm Eversendai the core and shell structural scope for Dhuleva One50, an upcoming 80-storey luxury residential tower in South Mumbai, according to an official press release.
Located near the Babulnath district, the development is designed to feature panoramic views of the Arabian Sea alongside approximately 75,000 to 80,000 sq. ft. of health, wellness, recreation, and social amenities. Eversendai will contribute its global high-rise construction and complex engineering expertise to execute the project with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
