Dia Mirza Inaugurates the Surakshit Nivesh Yojna Scheme by Raheja Developers at Delhi Mall Complex
New Delhi, June 6, 2024: Raheja Developers announced the launch of the “Surakshit Nivesh Yojna Scheme” (Phase 2) on June 5, 2024. Held at the Delhi Mall Complex on Main Patel Nagar Road, Dia Mirza, the renowned actress and environmental activist, Dia Mirza graced the inauguration.
The Delhi Mall Complex is part of a Public-Private Partnership with DDA, the Government of India, offering investors an investment option. With a nominal registration fee of Rs. 31,000, the scheme features two flexible payment options: “Construction Linked Payment Plan” and “Down Payment Plan”. In addition, the scheme is 33% reserved and offers 5% relaxation to senior citizens and women.
A press release issued by the company informs that under the Construction Link payment plan, buyers need to pay 10% of the booking amount within seven days of allocation. Within 90 days, 40% of the basic cost is to be paid, followed by three instalments of 10% each within 15 months and the remaining 20% upon the offer of possession.
Meanwhile, under the Down Payment Plan, the shop sizes range from 40 sq. ft. to 150 sq. ft., with the minimum investment price starting from Rs. 32.46 lakhs. Buyers are to pay 10% of the booking amount within seven days of allocation. Subsequently, 80% of the basic cost should be paid within 90 days, with the remaining 20% due upon offer of possession.
The project is located on the Main Patel Nagar Road, Delhi, near Kirti Nagar.

The last date of registration for the project is June 20, 2024, providing interested investors with a limited window of opportunity to secure their place in this project. Following registration, the allocation of units via draw of lots is scheduled for June 23, 2024. Individuals whose names are not drawn will have their registration amount of Rs. 31,000 refunded within 30 days from the draw date.
