Documents related to projects should be delivered at Lucknow Head Office: UP RERA

Lucknow/ Gautam Buddh Nagar: Considering the interest of the stakeholders, U.P. RERA has issued an office order about documents related to project registration, extension, editing, agent registration and other relevant matters. According to this office order, promoters have been directed to deliver the documents related to project registration, extension, editing, etc., either personally or post, at U.P. RERA Head Office, Lucknow. Similarly, agents have been directed to send their applications of registration and extension to head office via personally or post.
In various matters it has been noted that documents related to Head Office get delayed due to being delivered at Regional Office via personally or post. Hence, if applications and documents are being delivered directly at Head Office then requests can be processed and disposed in a time bound manner, mentions a release issued by the Authority.
The release further adds that, there is no change in the system created for the documents related to complaints of allottees and it will work as per prior arrangement. Documents related to complainants of NCR regions will be delivered at R.O, Gr. Noida and rest of the districts will be delivered at H.O, Lucknow.

U.P. RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy mentioned that for timely disposal of the application from concerned departments, the documents should be delivered in due course of time. This office order has been issued in the same concern to ensure resolution of matters in time bound manner.
To ensure services to the stakeholders of the real estate sector according to the regional conditions, 8 districts of Uttar Pradesh; Gautambuddh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Shamli, Bagpat, Bulandshahar, Muzzafarnagar and Hapur has been connected with R.O, Gr Noida located in NCR. Rest of the districts of the state has been connected with H.O at Lucknow.
