Dosti Realty Unveils 56-Storey Residential Landmark ‘Dosti 604’ in Thane’s Wagle Estate

Mumbai, March 25, 2026:

Dosti Realty Ltd. has announced the launch of Dosti 604, a transformative residential development set to redefine the skyline of Wagle Estate. Designed by the acclaimed architect Hafeez Contractor, the 56-storey tower reaches nearly 170 metres, making it one of the tallest residential structures in the district. Spanning approximately 2.5 acres, the project features three residential wings rising above seven podium levels, positioned to capture panoramic views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park while integrating into Thane’s rapidly expanding commercial ecosystem, the company said in a press release.

These facilities are complemented by indoor spaces such as a business center and health club, tailored for modern professionals who balance remote work and social life.

Commenting on the launch, Deepak Goradia, Chairman and Managing Director of Dosti Realty, highlighted the historical context of the area’s growth. “Mumbai’s biggest real estate transformations rarely happen overnight.
