Elan Group unveils Rs. 550-cr project Elan Miracle

Elan Group, one of the prestigious and fastest developing real estate developers in Gurugram, announced the launch of Elan Miracle, a notable mixed use development project in Gurugram.
Strategically situated in the midst of dense residential area on Sector 84, Dwarka Expressway, Elan Miracle gloats of brilliant connectivity to Central Peripheral Road, Southern Peripheral Road and ISBT, and in addition appreciates metro availability from both sides.

Comprising of roughly 1000 units, the 550- crore project will likewise house the country’s biggest PVR cinemas. The superplex will brag of 18 screens highlighting Premier, Gold Class, IMAX,4D,5D AND 7D.
Elan Group additionally goes for making a devoted cricket theme floor in Elan Mircle and previous captain of Indian cricket team, Mr. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the first cricketer to be a part of it. As a token of appreciation to MS Dhoni for his service and commitment towards Indian cricket, real estate developer Elan Group has gifted a service apartment in Elan Miracle located Sector- 84, on Dwarka expressway, Gurugram. When asked about the cost and size of the apartment, he said the price is about Rs 1.5 crore. The size is 1,000 sq feet. Elan plans to include more cricketers as a part of the floor in future.
The project is priced at Rs 14,000 per sq ft for retail spaces while service apartments in the project are priced at Rs 9000 per sq ft.
The construction of the project will begin in the final quarter of 2017 and is slated to be finished by 2020.
Elan Group additionally has two more projects- Elan Mercado in Sector 80, and Elan Town Centre in Sector 67, Sohna Road at Gurugram, other than Elan Miracle.
