Electromech Infraprojects Partners With Nova Capital for Mission-Critical Data Centre Projects in GCC

Mumbai/ Abu Dhabi, July 2026: India-based engineering and infrastructure solutions provider Electromech Infraprojects Ltd. (EIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nova Capital Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Al Nasser Holdings. The strategic agreement aims to jointly capture emerging opportunities in data centre projects across the United Arab Emirates and the broader Middle East region, EIL said in a press release.
The alliance unites Electromech’s specialized capabilities in mission-critical engineering and digital infrastructure with Al Nasser Holdings’ extensive regional network, diversified portfolio, and decades of commercial development experience across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The partnership will focus on developing next-generation digital infrastructure across the region, with a primary concentration on hyperscale data centres and essential facilities designed to support the UAE’s digital economy initiatives in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and advanced technologies.
