Embassy Services appoints Shareen Bhatia As its Country Head – Business Solutions
National, February 15, 2022: Embassy Services Private Limited (ESPL), the property management arm of Embassy Group on Wednesday announced the appointment of Shareen Bhatia as Country Head – Business Solutions. Shareen brings three decades of experience in sales, nineteen years of which has been in the Corporate Real Estate Sector with some of the leading International Property Consultants (IPCs) and Multinational Facility Management Companies.
Before joining ESPL, Shareen has been in leadership roles overseeing business development, client relationship, sales, marketing, and brand building at organizations that she has represented throughout her career.
In her new role at ESPL, Shareen will head the Business Solutions vertical with a major focus on building ESPL’s non-captive portfolio, which currently comprises 45% of the business. She will also spearhead the firm’s footprint across newer geographies and verticals of Real Estate.
