Entrepreneurs’ Organization Launches Borderless Chapter Exclusively for Founders and First-Generation Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs

New Delhi, March 17, 2026:

The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global peer-to-peer network for business owners, officially introduced its newest borderless chapter during a formal launch event at the Hyatt Regency New Delhi. This pioneering initiative is the first of its kind in the South Asia region, designed specifically to unite first-generation founders who share the unique experience of building enterprises independently, without the safety net of inherited legacies or generational backing, the organization said in a press release.

By transcending traditional geographical boundaries, the chapter creates a high-trust environment for leaders across South Asia to connect through shared resilience and long-term value creation. The launch event featured a fireside conversation with Anupam Mittal, who shared insights on leadership and the grit required to build “enduring enterprises from the ground up.” The evening’s proceedings also included reflections from regional leaders Ayush Bansal, Jital Shah, Uddhav Poddar, John Harrington, and Marco Gloria, who emphasized the impact of structured forums and peer accountability on their personal entrepreneurial journeys.

During the formal induction ceremony, Chapter President Rohit Gadia delivered a Presidential Address outlining the strategic vision for the inaugural year. He introduced the founding Board, which includes Pooja Chadha, Neha Modi, and Raghav Dhoot, signaling a strong commitment to governance and member engagement. Gadia’s address underscored the chapter’s mission to provide a dedicated space for those navigating the specific hurdles of first-generation ownership, such as personal financial exposure and the pressure of creating generational wealth for the first time.

The new chapter aims to bridge the gap for founders who often lack access to established legacy networks. By offering a confidential peer forum and access to EO’s global learning ecosystem, the organization is doubling down on its commitment to diversity within the entrepreneurial experience. Since its founding in 1987, EO has grown to include more than 18,000 members across 75 countries, and this latest expansion reinforces its role as a catalyst for transformative growth through cross-border connection.
