Enviro Infra delivers Strong Q3 & 9M FY26 Performance, Nine Month YoY Growth 7.9% in Revenues
New Delhi, February 11, 2026: Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, an infrastructure company specializing in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs) for government authorities across India, has announced its unaudited financial consolidated results for the quarter & nine months ended December 31st, 2025.
For the quarter ended December 31st, 2025:
- Revenue from Operations stood at INR 2,500 million, marking a 1.0% YoY growth compared to Q3FY25, driven by steady execution of projects.
- EBITDA for the quarter was INR 677 million, up 25.6% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 27.1%, higher by 530 bps. Operational efficiencies and the mix of top line more towards waste water treatment projects helped improve margins.
- PAT for the quarter grew 14.7% YoY to INR 421 million, while PAT margin expanded 180 bps to 16.3%.
For the nine month ended December 31st, 2025:
- Revenue from Operations reached INR 7,183 million, registering a strong 7.9% YoY growth, backed by timely execution of a robust order book.
- EBITDA grew by 22.4% YoY to INR 1,969 million, with margins expanding by 320 bps to 27.4%, indicating enhanced operating leverage.
Commenting on the overall performance of the Company, Sanjay Jain, Chairman, Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, said, “The company’s performance has been in line with expectations in the third quarter –demonstrating resilience in an overall sluggish market.
“In Q3 FY26, our revenue increased 1.0 per cent year-on-year to INR 2,500 million, while EBITDA and PAT grew 25.6 per cent and 14.7 per cent year-on-year to INR 677 million and INR 421 million, respectively.
“The rise in top line reflects continuous execution of order book, while we were able to improve margins levels based on operational efficiency and financial discipline. Our order book remains healthy at INR 30,926 million providing strong revenue visibility. Our focus continues to be on delivering high-quality projects with operational efficiency. Recently, we successfully completed a 50 MLD STP project, on IFAS, where we integrated a Solar plant and Bio-Gas facility to convert methane generated from waste sludge into electricity for plant operations, reinforcing our commitment to the circular economy. We also completed a Sewerage Scheme at Jodhpur ahead of time, reinforcing our commitment to timely completion of projects. Additionally, projects at an advanced stage of completion include the 55 MLD STP at Varanasi, the 80 MLD STP at Jaipur, and the 25 MLD CETP at Sarigam.”
