Exotica Housing celebrates Fresco project completion

Real estate developer Exotica Housing on Wednesday completed ‘Exotica Fresco’ project located in Sector 137 at Noida Expressway with completion certificate and all other formalities.

According to a press release, this is Exotica’s fourth project  and that has been completed on time. The project is spread over 7.5 acres amid greenery and in front of City Forest at Sector 137. The release said the company has dedicatedly worked without compromising quality to deliver a masterpiece within committed time-frame. Homebuyers looking for ready-to-move-in apartments during Navratra season can visit Exotica Fresco, it said.

Launched in late 2010, Exotica Fresco has created housing project having energy-efficient building with rainwater harvesting to store water. The project has total 834 apartments of 2, 3 and 4BHK sizes in 10 towers varying from 1,110 sq. ft. to 2,275 sq. ft. The project is surrounded by green belts from two sides and it is well connected with Noida-Greater Noida Link road and Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad Expressway.
