eXp India adds 150+ agents in 100 days
eXp India has added 150+ real estate agents to its network across the country in 100 days.
The cloud-based real estate brokerage expanded its collaborative model into India on November 16 last year as a subsidiary of eXp World Holdings, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the world.
eXp, said a press release, is obtaining RERA licences for all major states of India and has already started operations in metros and other cities including Delhi- NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Agra, Indore, Surat and Ahmedabad.
eXp India provides a financial model for commercial and real estate agents with attractive earning opportunities, said the release. The partnership model offers an exclusive suite of marketing resources, including the company’s cloud-based virtual environment and a customised technology platform that enhances virtual prospecting, sales, training, and communications for the agents, added the release.
“By expanding our network, we are aiming to further revolutionise the Indian real estate landscape. Our unique agent-centric growth model is augmenting the revenue opportunities for real estate agents in India,” said Shashank Vashishtha, Executive Director, eXp India.
