New Delhi, October 7, 2026: Experion Developers, the FDI real estate platform of Singapore-headquartered AT Capital Group, plans to deliver approximately 3,000 homes and plots across its luxury and ultra-luxury portfolio over the next five to seven years, according to a press release issued by the company.

The expansion will be supported by an estimated development investment of Rs 10,000 crore, covering land acquisition, approvals, and construction. The initiative builds on the company’s previous track record of delivering over 2,000 homes and plots over the past five years. Approximately two-thirds of the planned pipeline is situated in the National Capital Region, with the remainder distributed across Amritsar, Lucknow, and Goa.

The developer is focusing its upcoming projects on health, longevity, and sustainable design. Priyamvada Navet, Deputy CEO of Experion Developers, emphasized this strategic focus. “Over the last decade, Indian homebuyers have measured value in square feet. Over the next, they will measure it in how a home supports their health and well-being and how responsibly it has been built. We have shaped our entire pipeline around that shift,” Navet said. “Every project in our plan is anchored in wellness, and that is non-negotiable. It means superior indoor air and water quality, abundant daylight and AQI monitoring, low-toxicity materials, microclimate-led landscaping with biophilic design, walkable and community-centric planning, and amenities designed for longevity rather than display.”

To implement these standards, the new properties will feature mechanically ventilated fresh-air systems, point-of-use water treatment, low-VOC finishes, energy-efficient heat pumps, and landscape masterplans prioritizing native planting and shaded walking paths. Clubhouse amenities are also being reoriented toward physical recovery, movement, sleep, and nutrition.

A primary example of this design framework is The Trillion, an ultra-luxury development spanning 5.5 acres in Sector 48, Gurugram. Designed in partnership with DPA Singapore, One Landscape Hong Kong, and Greymatters Singapore, the GRIHA-rated project features three 45-storey towers where roughly 80% of the site is dedicated to open landscape spaces. The development serves as the specification benchmark for the company’s broader five-year pipeline.
