The strategic leadership appointments aim to strengthen the brand’s leadership team, enhance operational excellence, and drive sustained business growth across its portfolio.
Akshay Puri has been appointed as the General Manager of Fortune Select SG Highway, Ahmedabad. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, Akshay Puri brings expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership. Throughout his career, he has worked with brands including Concept Hospitality, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Fortune Park Hotels. Prior to joining Fortune Hotels, he was associated with The Fern Residency, where he played a role in improving operational performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening business performance, elevating service standards, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Devansh Jain takes over as the General Manager of Fortune Park Indore. Bringing over 21 years of industry experience, Devansh Jain has held operational and leadership roles across brands such as Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, Radisson Blu, Panchshil Realty in association with Marriott International, and Dangayach Group of Hotels, Jaipur. In his most recent assignment with Niraamaya Retreats Samroha Athirappilly, he oversaw hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and business performance. At Fortune Park Indore, he will leverage his experience in revenue and asset management to optimize operational efficiencies, strengthen team engagement, and enhance overall hotel performance.
Niraj Kumar Mishra has been named the General Manager of Fortune Park Vellore. With more than 19 years of hospitality experience, Niraj Kumar Mishra has built a track record in business turnaround, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. His career spans brands including Hotel Clarks, UP Hotels Ltd., Ramada by Wyndham Bengaluru, and Ramada by Wyndham Khajuraho, alongside international experience in East Africa. Prior to this role, he was associated with Hotel Clarks, contributing to revenue growth and business transformation, including driving Project Shakti to optimize manpower and payroll costs while maintaining service quality. At Fortune Park Vellore, he will focus on accelerating business growth, strengthening operational processes, and delivering consistent service excellence.
