New Delhi, August 6, 2026: Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL), a multimodal logistics company in India, announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, today, reporting total revenue from operations of Rs 553.7 crore compared to Rs 554.1 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

The company recorded an EBITDA of Rs 121.5 crore against Rs 123.0 crore in Q1 FY26, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 69.3 crore compared to Rs 71.8 crore in the prior year’s first quarter. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was reported at Rs 51.3 crore, down from Rs 62.2 crore in Q1 FY26, primarily reflecting the company’s transition to a new tax regime under Section 115BAA with a 25.17% tax rate, though cash outgo for tax payments remained largely unaffected due to the utilization of accumulated MAT credit, it said in a press release.

In operational performance, total container throughput across the company’s network stood at 1,83,867 TEUs during the quarter, representing a minor decline of 1.96% compared to 1,87,550 TEUs handled in Q1 FY26. Throughput in the rail vertical reached 92,634 TEUs compared to 93,282 TEUs in the same period last year, while the Container Freight Station (CFS) vertical handled 91,233 TEUs against 94,268 TEUs in Q1 FY26. Alongside the financial results, the Board of Directors declared a first interim dividend for FY27 of Rs 1.25 per share.

Commenting on the quarterly results and macroeconomic environment, Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of Gateway Distriparks, said, “The impact of the ongoing West Asia conflict continued during Q1 which led to imbalance and higher empty running. Further, hikes in fuel prices, significant revisions in minimum wages and increase in other input costs, the Company’s performance remained in line with Q1 last year.”

Addressing global demand dynamics and the company’s strategic expansion footprint, Gupta added, “Consumption and production remained subdued with lack of clarity on the global scenario. Despite this, we are optimistic long term and continue to look to expand our network. Construction at Indore ICD has started and MMLP Ankleshwar has received customs permission for EXIM business which is expected to start operations in September. Snowman is also continuing its expansion and remains on track to reach a capacity of 170,000 pallets by the middle of next year.”
