Gaurs to offer 1,500 units for possession by March this year

Gaurs Group announced on January 5 that it has offered around 5,500 units for possession since the lockdown and plans to offer another 1,500 units by March this year.
The units offered for possession post-lockdown included apartments, plots, shops and office spaces across its projects in Noida, said a company press release.
Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group, said, “The real estate sector faced huge challenge of labour shortage during the lockdown, but we ensured comfortable stay of the labourers at all our sites. This helped us to start work immediately after the Government allowed construction activities to begin. We overcame all the hurdles and used all the resources to ensure timely delivery.”
