Gera delivers two projects before time

Gera Developments recently handed over Adara and Imperium Alpha projects to customers, ahead of schedule.

Gera’s Adara, situated in Hinjawadi, Pune, has 266 units, most of which are duplexes, and equipped with voice-controlled home automation systems to consolidate all the smart devices at home, said a press release.

The project, said the release, was due for handover in May 2021 but despite challenges faced due to COVID-19 pandemic, it has been completed in advance and the handover activity was conducted.

Gera’s Imperium Alpha Project situated in Kharadi, Pune, is a commercial project with shops, restaurants and offices and houses a total of 286 units. This project was handed over in the last week of February, well ahead of the August 2021 date committed in the agreement for sale, and customers were given possession, according to the release.
