GHR Infra Begins Phase 1 Handovers at GHR Callisto Residential Project in West Hyderabad

Hyderabad, June 17, 2026: GHR Infra, a real estate developer in Hyderabad, has officially commenced Phase 1 handovers at GHR Callisto, its smart and sustainable residential project located in Kollur. The milestone marks a major delivery phase for the large-format gated development situated in the city’s rapidly expanding western corridor. The commencement of handovers allows incoming homeowners to begin interior design planning, furnishing, and customisation before moving into their newly completed residences, GHR Infra said in a press release.
The massive project spans 8.3 acres and consists of four towers, 11 wings, and a total of 1,190 apartments across 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK configurations. Designed with a focus on sustainable architecture, GHR Callisto has earned an IGBC pre-certified Gold rating. The premium residential development features apartment sizes starting at 1,195 square feet, with public pricing for standard configurations beginning from approximately ₹83 lakh onwards.
To celebrate the initial handover milestone, GHR Infra hosted a customer interaction session at the property. Shyam Sunder Reddy, Designated Partner, and Karteesh Reddy Madugula, CEO of GHR Infra, were present to personally distribute the official handover kits to select homeowners, drawing strong customer satisfaction regarding the possession timeline.
The master-planned gated community is designed with nearly 70 percent open space and includes a 50,000 square foot clubhouse. The expansive amenity package features multiple swimming pools, a gymnasium, indoor games rooms, a mini-golf course, cricket practice nets, a basketball court, children’s play areas, a pet park, a library, party lawns, and dedicated barbecue zones. Reflecting modern buyer preferences for resource-conscious living, the community also integrates smart home automation alongside sustainable infrastructure, such as EV fast-charging stations, rainwater harvesting systems, organic waste composting, and greywater treatment facilities.
From a regulatory and quality compliance standpoint, the project is registered under TG RERA No. P01100004554. GHR Infra utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM)-enabled processes during construction to ensure structural precision, while the overall delivery ecosystem was overseen by TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Projects Ltd., which provided Integrated Project Management Services.

Strategically located in the high-potential Kollur micro-market, the residential development offers immediate connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. This location provides convenient transit access to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and major employment and social infrastructure hubs, including the Financial District and Gachibowli, alongside nearby schools and healthcare facilities.
Karteesh Reddy Madgula, CEO, GHR Infra, said, “GHR Callisto has been planned as a community that brings together scale, delivery discipline and everyday liveability for homebuyers in West Hyderabad. The beginning of Phase 1 handovers is an important moment for us because it moves the project from promise to lived experience. With its design intent, open spaces, smart-home features, sustainability systems and professionally managed execution ecosystem, GHR Callisto reflects our commitment to building communities that are future-ready, resource-conscious and aligned with the expectations of today’s urban families.”
