Godrej Properties Constructs 24-Metre-Wide Road Linking Sector 49 to Southern Peripheral Road in Gurugram
Gurugram, September 21, 2026: Real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. announced the opening of a new 24-metre-wide government road near Godrej Aristocrat, strengthening connectivity between Sector 49 and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR).
The road was inaugurated by Rao Narbir Singh, Minister for Industries & Commerce, Environment, Foreign Cooperation and Sainik Welfare, Government of Haryana, in the presence of representatives from Godrej Properties and other stakeholders. Constructed by Godrej Properties in collaboration with the Haryana government on government-acquired land, the road forms part of the state’s planned infrastructure network.
Now open for public use, the route creates an additional link between Sector 49 and the SPR corridor, easing local movement and providing direct SPR access to several residential communities. It also improves accessibility to local landmarks, including DAV Public School and Sai Mandir. For the Godrej Aristocrat project, the road enables direct access from the Golf Course Extension Road, enhancing travel routes across Gurugram and the Delhi NCR region.
