Grovy India Reports 74% Surge in Q1 FY27 Net Profit to Rs 1.9 Crore
New Delhi, July 25, 2026: BSE-listed real estate developer Grovy India Limited announced a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, recording a 74% year-on-year surge in net profit to Rs 1.9 crore, the company said in a press release.
The South Delhi-headquartered company saw its total revenue climb 233% year-on-year to Rs 27.58 crore during the same period. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, Grovy India posted a 114% increase in net profit and a 249% jump in total revenue, driven by steady project execution, improved profitability, and disciplined capital allocation.

Commenting on the results, Ankur Jalan, Director of Grovy India Limited, highlighted the operational tailwinds supporting the growth. “The strong numbers reflect our continued focus on operational efficiency, disciplined execution, and strategic growth,” Jalan said.
Addressing the company’s core focus area, Jalan pointed to sustained demand in its primary market segment. “South Delhi continues to witness strong demand, which remains a resilient premium residential market with strong long-term potential,” Jalan noted. “Supported by sustained premium residential demand, we believe South Delhi is positioned for stronger growth compared to many other markets, reinforcing our positive outlook for the coming years”.
Looking ahead, Jalan outlined expansion targets backed by project inventory and strategic alliances. “Further, with our running inventory in hand and our strategic collaboration with Golden Growth Fund, we believe the Company is well positioned to achieve 2-3x increase in project development over the next few years,” Jalan stated.
Grovy India is actively executing 10 residential projects spanning 1.83 lakh square feet across prime South Delhi locations, scheduled for delivery between Q3 FY27 and Q3 FY28. During the quarter, the developer also added three new premium residential projects totaling approximately 50,000 square feet to its portfolio.
The developer aims to scale its execution footprint to 20–25 projects annually over the next three years, subject to market conditions and project availability. Additionally, over the next three years, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals, the company intends to list on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to enhance liquidity, broaden its investor base, and strengthen its market visibility and institutional reach.
