Gulshan Group to Invest ₹1,000 Crore in North India’s First Taj Branded Residences

Gulshan Group, a real estate developer in North India, has announced a landmark partnership with the Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) to develop a luxury hotel and the first Taj Branded Serviced Apartments in the region. The greenfield project, located in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway, involves a total development investment of approximately ₹1,000 crore. Upon completion, the development is expected to stand as the tallest Taj hotel in India and is projected to generate a total revenue of around ₹2,000 crore, the company said in a press statement. 

The ambitious project is designed to redefine the luxury landscape of the National Capital Region (NCR), blending high-end hospitality with premium residential real estate. The development will feature a 150-room Taj hotel equipped with an 8,000 sq. ft. ballroom, specialized dining outlets, and a J Wellness Circle. Complementing the hotel are 74 ultra-luxury Taj Branded Serviced Apartments, with each unit spanning approximately 7,500 sq. ft. Residents will have access to an exclusive club featuring infinity pools, terraced gardens, and private lounge spaces.

The collaboration marks a strategic move for both entities as Noida evolves into a global hub for corporate expansion and elite lifestyle infrastructure.
