Gulshan to deliver 482 units in Botnia project by May ’21

Gulshan has announced that it will deliver 482 units in eight towers of Gulshan Botnia by May in Phase-I. It would deliver the remaining 282 units in four towers in Phase-II by September this year.

The company, according to a press release, is set to deliver a total 1,888 residential units this year, including Gulshan Botnia and Gulshan Bellina. The total investment in these projects is around Rs 936 crore.

Spread over 5.25 acres, Gulshan Botnia with a total of 764 units is being developed at Sector 144, Noida Expressway, with an investment of Rs 435 crore. It would be the only delivered project on Noida Expressway this year, said the release.

Gulshan Botnia offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments in 12 towers with enhanced podium and 19 floors in each tower.
